Do I need to have studied IT or Computer Science before?
No, it’s not required. Our Insights Bootcamp is designed for people without an IT background. However, having experience in administrative or office jobs can be beneficial.
Do I need previous Power BI knowledge?
No prior experience is needed. Our materials will guide you from beginner to confident user step-by-step.
Do I need experience with Excel?
It’s not mandatory, but having used Excel or other spreadsheet tools will help you learn faster.
Do I need finance knowledge?
Not at all. We’ll introduce key financial concepts as part of some practical examples, but no prior knowledge is required.

Can the course be taken on a Mac or tablet?
You can use it to watch the videos or read the material on any device, however the practical experience sometimes will require tools Power BI, which only run on Windows.
Do I need to pay for any software licenses?
Most tools we use are open-source or free. Some advanced features may require subscription-based software, but we always provide free alternatives.
What if I miss a live session?
We understand things come up. If you miss a session, you can request to join another one during your course access period.
What if I don’t like the course?
We aim to meet your expectations, but if you’re not satisfied, you can request a refund within 30 days—provided you haven’t viewed more than 20% of the course content.
